On the afternoon of April 25th, the municipal government held the second anti-corruption work conference. Mayor Tian Guoliang emphasized at the meeting the need to thoroughly study and implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech, fully implement the deployment requirements of the Second Plenary Session of the 20th Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, the First Anti Corruption Work Conference of the State Council, and the First Anti Corruption Work Conference of the Provincial Government, and integrate a strict tone, measures, and atmosphere throughout the entire process of government work to ensure high-quality economic development through high standard anti-corruption construction.

Qiao Chaoying, member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee and Executive Vice Mayor, presided over the meeting. Guo Yongbo, member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee, Secretary of the Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection, and Director of the Municipal Supervision Commission, Zhang Yuexian, Deputy Mayor, and Wang Xiaolong, Secretary General of the Municipal Government, attended the meeting.

Tian Guoliang emphasized the need to enhance the government's execution capability, refine the path of implementing major national and provincial decisions and important policies, complete the work deployment of the municipal party committee and government on schedule and with quality, and promote the work of our county, district, and department to achieve more results, strive for the first place, and make more contributions. We must deepen the construction of work style, take the lead in practical work, practice diligence, thrift, conduct in-depth investigation and research, and strictly prevent the hidden variation of the "four winds". We need to manage and make good use of public funds, firmly establish the concept of "tight days", coordinate budget revenue and expenditure management, special debt management, strengthen hard budget constraints, increase tracking and auditing efforts, and improve the performance of fund utilization. We need to standardize public resource transactions, focus on key areas, make good use of electronic supervision systems, further standardize transaction management, and maintain a fair and just trading order. We need to strengthen the supervision of state-owned enterprises and assets, standardize organizational structures, improve internal control mechanisms, promptly dispose of inefficient and ineffective assets, strengthen risk management, and promote the preservation and appreciation of state-owned assets. We must crack down heavily on 'micro corruption', focus on key areas such as employment and entrepreneurship, education and healthcare, increase prevention and punishment efforts, and safeguard the vital interests of the masses. To continuously optimize the business environment, provide precise assistance to enterprises, improve service efficiency, strengthen integrity construction, and create a national credit demonstration city. We must strictly enforce administrative laws, refine the list of powers, improve regulatory mechanisms, deepen law based administration, and ensure the standardized operation of power.
